Our story began over a decade ago, when I decided to turn my passion for pastry into a profession. I've always loved cooking, but baking has always held a special place in my heart. I was the one who would arrive at every family gathering and get-together with homemade desserts and trays of freshly baked treats. I still remember the laughter when friends and family would ask for my recipes—or jokingly ask if I was taking orders! For me, though, the greatest reward was simply seeing the smiles on the faces of the people I loved.
Encouraged by the support of my family, I took the leap in 2015 and transformed that passion into a business. What began with custom birthday cakes and candy bars for baptisms and weddings soon grew into something much bigger. The love and trust of our customers inspired us to keep creating, and little by little, our dream became a reality. Over the years, every member of our family became part of the journey, turning Evi's Sweet Corner into a truly family-run business.
In 2024, we reached an exciting milestone with the opening of our very first shop—a small artisan pastry workshop where every creation is made with care. Today, we specialize in bespoke birthday cakes, elegant wedding cakes, beautifully decorated cookies, dessert tables, and handcrafted sweet creations for every celebration. Alongside our custom creations, you'll also find a delicious selection of cheesecakes, pastries, profiteroles, banoffee, handcrafted desserts, and savoury snacks, with something to delight every taste and every occasion. We also proudly cater both intimate gatherings and large-scale corporate events, creating tailor-made dessert experiences that leave a lasting impression.
